4D3N Bromo – Tumpak Sewu – Ijen Adventure 2025
Mount Bromo which stands tall at 2329 m is the most iconic and the most hiked mountain in Indonesia. This is one of the top 10 things to do in Java. Mount Bromo (Indonesian: Gunung Bromo), is an active volcano and part of the Tengger massif, in East Java, Indonesia. At 2,329 metres (7,641 ft) it is not the highest peak of the massif but is the most well-known. The massif area is one of the most visited tourist attractions in East Java, Indonesia. The volcano belongs to the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. The name of Bromo derived from Javanese pronunciation of Brahma, the Hindu creator god.

Kawah Ijen is an active volcano situated on the Eastern side of Java, Indonesia. Standing at nearly 2800 metres high.The Ijen volcano complex is a group of composite volcanoes in the Banyuwangi Regency of East Java, Indonesia. It is inside a larger caldera Ijen, which is about 20 kilometres wide. The Gunung Merapi stratovolcano is the highest point of that complex.
Tumpak Sewu Waterfall known also Coban Sewu water fall locate at south of foot Mt Semeru and 2 hours from Malang Regency. Is a tiered waterfall. The waterfall is overshadowed by Semeru, an active volcano and the highest mountain in Java.

OVERVIEW OF ITINERARY:
You can consult with us on the booking of the flights, and on the event, day meet up with our local Driver at the arrival terminal of SURABAYA AIRPORT. Our LOCAL Driver will meet and greet the group. From there the group will depart for an adventurous journey.

Day 1: Arrival & Transfer to Bromo
- 09:00 AM – Pick-up at Surabaya Airport or based on your flight details
- 09:30 AM – Start 3-hour drive to Bromo area
- 12:00 PM – Arrive at Bromo, check-in to hotel
- 12:30 PM – Rest and free program for the rest of the day
- Evening – Explore surroundings at leisure Free and Easy
- Overnight: Hotel in Bromo
Day 2: Bromo Sunrise Tour & Transfer to Tumpak Sewu
- 02:30 AM – Wakeup call
- 03:00 AM – Depart by 4WD Jeep to King Kong Hill viewpoint
- 04:00 AM – Arrive at King Kong Hill for sunrise and scenic views
- 05:30 AM – Descend to the Sea of Sand towards Bromo Crater
- 06:00 AM – Reach Jeep parking area, option to walk or rent a horse to crater base
- 06:30 AM – Climb staircase to Bromo Crater rim and enjoy views
- 07:30 AM – Return to Jeep and drive back to hotel
- 08:30 AM – Breakfast at hotel
- 10:00 AM – Check-out and start 6-hour drive to Tumpak Sewu
- 04:00 PM – Arrive at Tumpak Sewu area, check-in to hotel Free and Easy
- Evening – Free time to explore or relax
- Overnight: Hotel in Tumpak Sewu
Day 3: Tumpak Sewu Waterfall & Transfer to Ijen
- 04:00 AM – Wake up & breakfast
- 04:30 AM – Depart for Semeru Panorama viewpoint
- 06:00 AM – Start exploration of Tumpak Sewu Waterfall (approx. 3 hours)
- 09:00 AM – Return to hotel for freshening up and lunch
- 10:00 AM – Check-out and visit Kapas Biru Panorama
- 11:00 AM – Begin 5-hour drive to Ijen area
- 04:00 PM – Arrive at Ijen, check-in to hotel
- Evening – Free program, optional local exploration Free and Easy
- Overnight: Hotel in Ijen
Day 4: Ijen Blue Flame Tour & Transfer to Surabaya Airport
- 11:30 PM (Day 3 Night) – Wakeup call
- 12:00 AM – Depart for Paltuding base camp (2-hour drive)
- 02:00 AM – Arrive at Paltuding and start 1.5-hour trek to Ijen Peak
- 03:30 AM – Reach Ijen Peak, witness Blue Flame Sulphur phenomenon
- 04:30 AM – If conditions permit, descend to the crater rim for sunrise
- 06:30 AM – Trek back to Paltuding
- 08:00 AM – Arrive at Paltuding and start 7-hour drive to Surabaya
- 03:00 PM – Drop-off at Surabaya Airport, tour ends
*For those solo travelers interested in Single Supplement cost will be additional (you will enjoy single room for all nights, subjective to availability). Do check with us incase if you need single supplement.
