Angkor Wat, located in Siem Reap, Cambodia, is one of the most iconic and impressive archaeological sites in the world. Built in the 12th century, this UNESCO World Heritage site was originally constructed as a Hindu temple, dedicated to the god Vishnu, and later transformed into a Buddhist temple.

Tour Detail
Day 1: Hanoi Arrival
Arrive at Noi Bai international airport. Welcome by your local tour guide and driver. Transfer to your hotel in the city center. Overnight at your chosen hotel in Hanoi.

Day 2: Ha Long Bay daily cruise (B/L)
Breakfast at the hotel.
8.30: Our tourguide will pick you up at your hotel and then depart to Ha Long Bay. On the way, you can see the beautiful scenery of villages embellished by peaceful green paddy field in the rural Vietnam. You'll have a short break (about 20 minutes) on the half way before arriving in Halong tourist wharf.
12.00: You will board on the boat and cruise in 6 hours through the most beautiful place of the bay with the famous islets such as Cock Fighting, Dinh Huong islets …while enjoying fresh lunch (on boat). You'll also visit Thien Cung Cave (Haven grotto). Cruise back to Halong tourist wharf and take the car back to Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi around 19.00pm. Overnight at your hotel in Hanoi

Day 3: Hanoi City Tour – Flight to Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, containing the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh's house on stilts and the One Pillar Pagoda. Continue on to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Museum of Ethnology, Hoan Kiem lake, Ngoc Son temple.
Prepare to transfer to the airport and take the flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 4: Saigon City Tour – Cu Chi Tunnels (B/L)

Take the morning trip to visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars.
Have lunch at local restaurant.
Depart for Cu Chi tunnel, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served.
Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun.
Return to Saigon. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 5: Mekong Delta (B/L)

07:30 AM: Depart for Cai Be by van/bus via Trung Luong Expressway.
Upon arrival in Cai Be, have a boat ride to the remaining site of a renowned wholesale floating market on the Tien River many years ago. This site entitles you to know something about the local trading habit that has changed due to the age of the modern society when more terrestrial transportation and high technique of agriculture have dominated everywhere. There, you can realize how diverse the area is and how rich orchard gardens are, which makes it the basket of fruit in the lower part of the Mekong River.
Ramble in small villages where you will uncover the beauty of an ancient house and learn about the indigenous culture. Make a short visit to a small family business where the locals make coconut fudges and crispy rice popcorn. Savor delicious fresh fruit and feel the slow rhythms of Southern Vietnamese folk music – a kind of music entwined with the life and culture of the Mekong Delta people. Paddle through small canals – an exciting experience since you can look around, unwind, and soak up the wonderful atmosphere of the Upper Mekong Delta. Additionally, after arrival on Tan Phong Island, immerse yourself in nature's tranquility.
At lunch time, you not only enjoy luscious food but also get closer to the locals as it is a chance to learn how to prepare Vietnamese specialties. The meal is cooked on your own and served in the heart of the local garden.
Cycle on the village path through orchards. Meet the local islanders to learn more about the local daily life in the Mekong Delta. Visit Ba Kiệt’s ancient house.
Take a boat ride back to Cai Be and meet your bus for the trip back to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 6: Ho Chi Minh - Fly to Siemriep (B)
Breakfast your hotel, free for shopping and leisure until pick up and transfer to airport for flight to Siem Reap (it takes over 1 hour to fly from Saigon to Siemriep) Arrive Siem Reap Airport. Welcome by our guide and driver, transfer to your hotel. (Take some optional tours recommended by our guide if time permitted). Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 7 Siem Reap: Full-Day explore Angkor Wat (B/L)

Morning: visit Angkor Thom South Gate, Bayon, Baphoun, Elephant terrace, Basei Chamkrong, Leper King terrace, Royal Enclosure, etc.
Return to Siem Reap for lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon: visit Angkor Wat, then contemplate the glorious sunset from the top of Phnom Bakheng hill.
Overnight at your chosen hotel in Siemriep.
